What information we collect and the purpose for which we will use your personal data

When you fill in our Contact form, we collect your name and email address as well as certain information about your business. The purpose of collecting this data is so we are able to get in touch with you about investment opportunities. 

Lawful bases and data protection rights

Under UK data protection law, we must have a “lawful basis” for collecting and using your personal information. We rely on one the following "legal bases":

  • Consent – when you complete our Consent form you give us permission to contact you. As referenced below, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

  • Legitimate interests – we will use your personal data where it is necessary to conduct our business and pursue our legitimate interests, for example to analyse investment opportunities and ensure our business is operated securely and responsibly. We make sure we consider and balance any potential impact on you and your rights (both positive and negative) before we process your personal data for our legitimate interests. Where we get personal information from

We only collect data directly from you. We do not collect data about you from any third parties. We collect your personal data when you fill in and submit the Contact form on our website.

Data security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

How long we keep information

We will store your personal information for the purposes of contacting you for up to 5 years, at which point personal information will be removed from our system.
