Fiona Humphries
Fiona is responsible for developing and implementing FIGR’s strategy. She also oversees the day-to-day running of the business including operations, finance, brand and stakeholder engagement, and leads the due diligence process and investment committee for prospective investments. In addition to FIGR, Fiona also runs The Harrington Foundation, a charitable foundation funded by the same family office, working to drive systemic environmental and social change.
Fiona started her career at CIL Management Consultants, carrying out buy- and sell-side due diligence for investors and working on strategy projects for scale-up businesses. Before FIGR, Fiona was Head of New Business Development for Hearst UK, where she diversified revenues by launching e-commerce platforms for home and lifestyle brands Country Living and House Beautiful. She later formed the Small Business Partnerships team to develop opportunities for entrepreneurs to access e-commerce, events and media opportunities. Fiona has a BSc in Physical Geography from Durham University and an MSc in Entrepreneurship from Cass Business School.
Outside of work, Fiona enjoys family time, painting, (terrible) karaoke and exploring the Hampshire countryside with her dog Murphy.
